If you are interested in obtaining funding from Serena Capital, please submit a written Business Plan or Executive Summary.
Your Business Plan / Executive Summary should contain the following information:
- Description of your product and/or services (it is important to clearly understand the market opportunity you address)
- Brief history of the company
- Description of your business model (how you make money)
- Business and marketing strategy
- Market and competition analysis
- Full resumes of key members of the management team
- Current financial statements and projections
- Amount of money you want to raise and use of proceeds
Though we read all submissions on a weekly basis, please be patient because it may take us a bit longer to get back to you, depending on our workload.
