Our passion : entrepreneurship

Marc Fournier, Philippe Hayat and Xavier Lorphelin have worked together since 2000, acquiring a solid entrepreneurial experience in France and in the United States prior to joining the private equity world in order to help other entrepreneurs through venture capital financing.
In early 2000, Marc, Philippe and Xavier co-founded a French incubator, Kangaroo Village, dedicated to bringing financial and operational support to early-stage companies. After the acquisition of Kangaroo Village by Société Générale Asset Management (SGAM) in June 2002, Marc, Philippe and Xavier joined SGAM to turn around its venture capital activity.
Marc, Philippe and Xavier are also actively involved in the entrepreneurial ecosystem in France, teaching entrepreneurship in French business schools (ESSEC, IEP, ESCP) and launching a public initiative (www.100000entrepreneurs.com) to promote entrepreneurship in high schools.
